Nicholas โNickโ Barbousas brings a wealth of experience to the field of Soft Tissue Therapy, with a career spanning nearly three decades. Specializing in muscle and movement therapies, his expertise is grounded in his education in Rolfing, Structural Integration, and Myofascial Release. Nick is dedicated to the study of posture correction and movement, focusing on how our surroundings impact our physical well-being.
TEACHING AND MENTORSHIP
Nickโs role as an educator and mentor in the areas of Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Posture Education is well-established. He leads a Mentoring Hub and creates professional courses, contributing significantly to the development of Myofascial Release techniques in professional circles. Notably, he was instrumental in the creation and implementation of the Myofascial Release curriculum at Western Sydney Universityโs Osteopathy programs.
